Whe windows were opened they were never locked back up, my front door was left unlocked (I think they cleaned the handle and turned the lock, and when moving furniture, high furniture was loved close to plants that cats could get access to. 

Silvana has been cleaning our home for years! She is so friendly. My children love her and she pays great attention to the details when making the beds. My children love how she folds the blankets and places their stuffed animals everywhere. 

BEST Decision!  I went through “Care.com” and found the best housecleaner I’ve ever had. She is diligent, through and pays attention to details. Each visit she asks if there’s anything I would like her to focus on.  She stays focused and leaves my home not just super clean but with many little touches that make me feel special. She was a nice person in my home but was always in a hurry, so her work was poorly done and incomplete.
When I showed her pics of the areas that she failed to cleaned we scheduled another date (at her convenience) for her to complete the job she had already been paid for and she was a no call, no show.

I hired Silvana to clean our 2 floor town-home. It was an absolute disaster that was very overwhelming and weighed down on my roommate and my mental health as we both have depression and I have disability. Silvana came and worked magic.
