About Silken

Hi, I'm Silken! I have experience as a nanny/caretaker for 8 years and a tutor for 3 years. I strive to make my time with the kids as fun and educational as possible. It is my hope as a nanny/caretaker, to give children an experience that will help further their development and growth. I have experience working with children on the spectrum and behavior needs. I have spent the last two years as a personal homeschooling teacher and nanny. I believe it is important to bring a good balance of creativity and fun, with a consistent effort of commitment to a healthy child upbringing. When it comes time to have fun with children, I like to do things like crafts, outdoor activities, trying new cooking recipes.
