It's my goal to provide compassionate support to adults and seniors. My experiences in previous care roles fueled my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I have a graduate degree and almost two years of experience providing personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. I am also adept at medical management and supporting individuals with dementia. I am patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented. I respect each care recipient's independence. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I am comfortable with pets and certified Home Care Aide, Developmental Disabilities Specialty, Dementia Specialty, NAR, CPR and First Aid. I'm eager to use my skills to help your loved one live comfortably.
