I have been taking care of littles for almost 10 years now. I've worked with a wide range of personalities and ages (4m+). Some things I value as a caregiver include: time outdoors, hands on practical life skills, nurturing focus and attention span, practice with boundaries & autonomy, positive reinforcement with mindful explanations, cultivating confidence and independence through age appropriate activities, open communication, providing tools for healthy emotional regulation, creating opportunities for creative expression, lots of laughter, and lots of patience! Personally, I have a passion for the environment and wholistic living. I enjoy taking small trips with my husband, reading, and spending time with my family.
