I almost never write reviews, but Sierra deserves one. My almost 9-month-old woke more than ten times during her night shift, and she was up with him the whole time. After a sleepless night, she still sent me a thoughtful message about his sleep and helped me pick a sleep sack and white noise machine. None of this was her job. She went far beyond it. She is responsible and so knowledgeable, honest in how she communicates, and has a real warmth you can feel. Any family would be lucky to have her
