About Sierra

I'm an upbeat college student offering tutoring with a fun, supportive, and low-pressure approach. I scored very high on the reading and writing sections of the ACT and have completed my English language arts requirements for medical school, so I'm especially strong in reading comprehension, writing, and language skills. Growing up, I had tutors myself and didn't always love the experience, which is why I focus on making tutoring engaging, approachable, and tailored to each student's learning style. I have ADHD and work especially well with students who also have ADHD--I understand the need for movement, creativity, breaks, and flexible learning. My goal is to build confidence, not stress, while helping students truly understand the material.
