About Sierra

I am a caregiver with four years of experience looking after children of all ages, from newborns to preteens. I have worked as a private nanny, in after school program, lifeguard, EMT, CNA and am in school completing my nursing degree. I have a passion for nurturing and supporting kids. After seeing children being mistreated or neglected by uneducated babysitters, I decided to combine my love of childcare with my healthcare job to provide families with a reliable and safe option. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am energetic, outgoing, and always maintain open communication with parents, using their preferred methods. I follow the parents' parenting style(with the exception of any form of physical discipline). I opt for teaching by example and introducing children to new experiences through outdoor sports, physical games, and educational activities.
