About Sierra

Hi! I'm a certified Special Education teacher and Registered Behavior Technician with years of experience working with children and adults of all ability levels. I specialize in caring for children with disabilities, including those who use wheelchairs, G-tubes, AAC devices, and require behavior or personal care support. I also help raise my nonverbal stepson who has level 3 autism, so I truly understand the importance of patience, consistency, and compassion. I have experience with individuals with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and rare genetic conditions. I'm experienced in G-tube feedings, mobility assistance, hygiene care, and behavior support. I create a safe, engaging, and respectful environment where every child is celebrated.
