I'm Portland born and raised, bilingual in Spanish, and have spent the past several years working with kids of all ages - from toddlers to teens - in a variety of settings. My experience includes full-time nannying, teaching English at a public elementary school in Spain (ages 3-12), and supporting youth in foster care as a paralegal. Most recently, I've been working at a dermatology clinic while taking nursing pre-reqs, but I miss working directly with children. I'm looking for a part-time or flexible role that allows me to continue my studies while doing meaningful work. I love creating enriching experiences for kids - through creative activities, time outdoors, or simply being a steady, reliable presence. I bring a strong sense of responsibility, calm energy, and a genuine love for connecting with kids and supporting them as they grow.
