Learning isn't one-size-fits-all, and I'm passionate about helping students unlock their unique potential. With a college degree, I strive to create an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment. I actively listen to students and observe how they interact with new material, adapting my teaching through visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples, celebrate small successes, and break down complex problems to build momentum. Communication is key; I believe in open dialogue with students and parents to understand needs, track progress, and set clear expectations. The most rewarding part of tutoring is witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks for a student. I would love to help your student succeed in Math, English, Science, or History at the Elementary or Middle School level. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
