About Sierra

I'd describe my personality as patient, attentive, trustworthy, and caring. I like working with kids because I love seeing their growth and watching them hit all of the big/small milestones in life. I enjoy creating a bond/connection that will grow throughout our time together. I love when they start to enjoy my presence just as much as I enjoy theirs. I'm looking for a job that I can be a great help/ dependable person. I started working with kids in December of 2019 as a volunteer at a daycare & have been working with children since. In my spare time, I like to spend time with family and friends. One thing you should know about me is that I am very dependable and I really love children & spending quality time while being able to also teach & care for children. My skills include communication skills, rather that be with children or parents. I am very great at monitoring and being attentive. I am a planner and problem solver and try to think ahead and stay organized.
