I have two boys. 10 and 12. My older son is non speaking autistic and he relies heavily on others for help with most things. He's full of energy and can be unpredictable at times. Both my boys love Sierra. And to trust someone with a child who can't tell me how the evening went while I was out of the house is a big deal. Sierra doesn't just sit on her phone and let the kids do whatever they feel like. She keeps them engaged and happy. She is also a very clean person, never late and incredibly smart and kind.
