About Sierra

Hi! I'm Sierra. I'm an active, dependable caregiver who loves creating a fun and positive environment for kids. I recently graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Physical Education, which definitely influences the way I spend time with children-lots of movement, outdoor play, creativity, and staying engaged. I've spent the past few years working closely with kids in several different settings, including as a full-time nanny and leading activities for groups of elementary students in a before- and after-school program. These experiences have helped me become patient, organized, and confident caring for children of different ages and personalities. Families often describe me as reliable, energetic, and easy to communicate with. I value building trust with both parents and kids and doing my best to support each family's routines and needs!
