I have well over 15 years experience working with kids and have multiple great references. Currently I am looking to care for one or two kids part-time, and I would have my son with me too. I am open to going to your house but also open to the idea of kids coming to my house. I would describe myself as easy going, compassionate, organized and loving. Sierra is the perfect nanny. She was very flexible for us with her schedule and always on time and would communicate with us if anything changed. She watched our newborn baby girl for several months and was so kind, patient and attentive. She also gave great advice as a mom herself and honored our schedule to the letter. We would love to work with Sierra again.
