My name is Sierra I am 18 I'm a senior at AF and will be going to college to become a 3rd grade teacher! I'm passionate about caring for children, I'm confident in my ability to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for your little ones. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to engage children in a variety of activities that foster their development and growth. Effective communication is key, and I ensure regular updates on your child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, whichever you prefer. I firmly believe in the importance of household rules and am very comfortable enforcing them in a consistent and fair manner. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, I enjoy playing a wide range of games that cater to different interests and age groups.
