About Sierra

Hello! I am an outgoing, creative, and gentle person who loves getting to know people of all ages. I work as a CNA, but I like to do other caregiving jobs on the side. I love doing all sorts of activities with kids: outdoor activities, puzzles and board games, cooking, reading, and I love trying new things. I'm very kind and gentle, but I am still very comfortable enforcing household rules. I also understand the ups and downs that come with caring for another person. I've grown up with a brother who has Down Syndrome, so I understand how to kindly but firmly deal with kids and adults when they are frustrated and angry. Ultimately I am caring for a whole person, not the idea of a perfectly happy, perfectly cheerful kid. I am a very communicative person, so I am always ready to ask and answer any questions!
