About Sierra

I'd describe my personality as determined, reliable, empathetic I like working with kids because I find it very fulfilling to build positive relationships, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I love playing games and doing arts and crafts. I started working with kids when I was 17, as a camp counselor. Since then, I have become a camp director for the same summer camp I started at. I also work with kids at an after school program during the school year. In my spare time, I like to spend time with friends, watch football, workout, and journal. My skills include safety and supervision, behavior guidance, and engagement.
