Sierra was an absolutely wonderful nanny. She was amazing with the kids—kind, attentive, and genuinely engaged. She followed all of my instructions carefully, was consistently punctual, and communicated clearly and professionally. The children loved being with her, and I could see the positive impact she had on them in their behavior and mood after spending time with her. I always felt confident leaving them in her care, and would have happily kept her as our nanny for years if she hadn’t moved away. Any family would be lucky to have her!
