I have spent the past three years working with CPS, where I've learned the importance of patience, compassion, and truly advocating for the families I serve. For over 10 years, I've also dedicated my time to supporting children and adults with special needs, building strong relationships and providing care that is both respectful and empowering. I hold my CNA, CPR, BLS certifications, my social worker degree, and I have five years of experience in behavioral therapy, along with many other skills that help me show up fully prepared and confident in everything I do. My experience has shaped me into someone who leads with heart, understanding, and a deep commitment to helping others grow and feel safe.
