About Sierra

I have spent the past three years working with CPS, and before that, I was a nanny for six years, giving me lifelong experience caring for children of all ages and personalities. For over 10 years, I've also supported children and adults with special needs, building strong bonds and providing care that is respectful, uplifting, and full of understanding. I hold my CNA, CPR, and BLS certifications, my social worker degree, and I have five years of experience in behavioral therapy, along with many other skills that help me show up prepared, confident, and dependable. People describe me as very patient, kind, gentle, and easy to connect with-I love creating a warm, positive space where kids feel safe, supported, and excited to learn and grow. I truly love what I do, and I take pride in making a friendly, loving, and lasting impact on every person I care for.
