About Sierra

I have several years of professional caregiving experience working with adults with a variety of needs. My background includes working as an STNA, providing in-home and residential care, and supporting adults with developmental disabilities. I'm also CPR and First Aid certified. I'm patient, dependable, compassionate, and comfortable assisting with daily routines, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, activities, and community outings. I understand that everyone has different needs, preferences, and levels of independence, and I believe good caregiving means getting to know the individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to provide safe, respectful, dependable care while helping the person I'm supporting maintain as much independence as possible.
