About Sierra

With 10 years of hands-on experience and a BA in Early Care and Education from the University of Washington, I bring both heart and expertise to the families I support. I've cared for children from infancy through school age, always tailoring my approach to nurture their unique strengths and needs. Blending my background in early education with strong household management skills, I create calm, connected, and enriching environments where both kids and parents can thrive. I currently work 30 hours a week for another family, however, I am looking to provide morning care or occasional date nights for one other family. My ideal schedule would add 6 hours to my work week (two-3 hour days or three-2 hour days). If you have any questions feel free to reach out!
