As an RN of 10 years with a large portion of my career in the ICU, I am dedicated to enhancing the independence and well-being of those I serve. I hold certifications in CPR and ACLS/BLS training. Whether I am assisting with mobility, managing medications, or helping with daily activities, I approach every task with a detail-oriented mindset. I believe in respecting each individual's autonomy while adapting to their unique needs, especially when navigating memory care challenges or shifting routines. I prioritize clear communication, providing regular updates through your preferred method to ensure you always feel connected to your loved one's care.
