About Sierra

Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. With four years of experience as a Caregiver and in June of 2025 I received my CNA certification, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My background includes some college courses, along with current CPR and First Aid certifications. I provide respite care, assist with errands and shopping, offer light housekeeping, prepare meals, manage medications, and provide mobility assistance. I am adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I prioritize respecting a care recipient's independence and communicate with families through written reports or regular updates, always following their preferred method. My patient, compassionate, and friendly nature allows me to connect with others easily. It would be my pleasure to bring my skills and caring heart to your family.
