My passion for childcare stems from witnessing the impact I can have on children's lives and supporting families. With five years of experience caring for children aged newborn to 11, including those with diverse needs, I prioritize creating a safe and positive environment built on trust. I am patient, creative, friendly, and always approachable. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, puzzles, and educational activities. I communicate with parents through daily reports, verbal updates at pickup, and I always follow their preferred method. I also follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I am comfortable caring for up to three children and am happy to help with light housekeeping. I possess First Aid Training and CPR Training. I am eager to connect with a family where I can contribute my skills and build lasting relationships.
