About Sierra

I'm passionate about caring for children and supporting their families any way I can. With two years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for two children, any ages necessary. I am extremely patient and friendly and someone you can trust to create a nurturing environment where children feel safe and happy. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day if asked. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style. From outdoor games to educational games, I enjoy a variety of activities that pertains to the child I am helping. I'm also trained in First Aid and CPR, and have completed Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development coursework. I'm happy to assist with meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and supervising of any kind!
