Experienced, creative and compassionate nanny looking for a full time position. I've worked in childcare for 9 years, and have been a nanny for 2 families full-time for the last 6 years. My biggest focus as a nanny is to foster a safe environment for children to develop emotionally, mentally, and physically. I am a flexible caregiver comfortable transporting kids to and from school/activities, cooking meals, helping with homework, nap time/sleep routines, keeping things clean and organized, and fitting into the order/chaos of your family's life! I've watched children ages 3 months- 12 years and every age in between. I am a critical thinker willing to evolve with the families needs, and adapt and adjust when necessary. Outside of work I spend my time outdoors climbing, fishing, snowboarding, and camping, my passion is environmental education!

Sierra has been our nanny for over 4 years, and she is the best! She came to us when we had an 8 year old, a newly 2 year old and a 4 month old. Since then, we have added another baby to the family, and she has taken care of some combination of those kids the entire time. As you can imagine, there have been lots of changes in that time with schedules, starting schools, dropping naps, etc. Sierra has helped with it all and makes it look easy. She has been great with all ages from 4 months old to 12 years old and everything in between. She has a laid back and calm demeanor, but is also reliable and consistent. She does not need direction, but also easily implements any change or routine with the kids that we want. Sierra is fun and engaged with the kids, and our family loves her. Having Sierra at my house with my kids every day has given me so much peace of mind over the last 4+ years. I never worry if my kids are safe or well cared for. Sierra is moving on to find a schedule/location that works better for her life right now, and she will be leaving huge shoes to fill! I highly recommend her.
