About Sierra

Hello my name is Sierra I'm a 22 years old mother to a 1-year-old . I'm a compassionate and dedicated childcare provider with a passion for aiding in children's growth and development. I currently run my own classroom as a daycare teacher for ages 8-12 months with a large company. I have prior experience with children as my mother ran her own home daycare for 2 years. Previously I was in the military for 3 years and stationed over seas when I had my daughter and decided to move back to the states and work with children again. I'm looking for a more intimate setting where I can work one on one with families while having a good balance between work and home. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents. I am accustom to providing regular updates on their child's day, either through verbal communication at pickup or via text or phone calls. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care.
