About Sierra

My name is Sierra. I am certified in first aid and CPR. I have been working with children for 6 years, starting as a volunteer at age 15, starting to be paid on my 16th birthday. I have worked primarily with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years at a 5 star educational childcare center. I also have worked with several families with children ages ranging from 6 months to 12 years old. I like to follow the child's lead. I prioritize their interests and desires, making sure to turn them into educational opportunities whenever possible. I embrace hands on learning and I enjoy learning with the children.
