About Sierra

I like working with kids because I am the oldest in my entire family. I have been a babysitter my entire life. I adore watching children grow and being proud of themselves. In my spare time, I like to read. I love to read and explore new realities. I think reading for kids is so important. As young as possible everyone should read to their children to stimulate creativity. My skills include being able to pull so much out of kids personalities. I love watching a child achieve after so much trying. As simple as it sounds words of encouragement help a child's development so much.
