We highly recommend Sierra! She recently watched our 4 kids who just adored her! Our one year old takes time to get to know new people and Sierra was super patient and helped her to feel at ease. She's also great with communication and we always felt like our kids were in great hands with her. Sierra is the sweetest person and we can't wait to have her watch the kids again!
