Hi, I'm Sierra My love for caregiving started with my great-grandmother. Caring for her showed me how much the little things matter - being patient, listening, making someone feel safe, and simply being there. That experience stayed with me and made me want to do this for others. I have 3 years of hands-on experience with inhome care, personal care, and everyday routines. I've also worked in dietary services and learned the importance of patience, kindness, and respect. When I care for someone, I want to know the person, not just their needs. I want to learn their routine, what they enjoy, how they like things done, and what makes them comfortable. I can help with bathing, toileting, personal care, companionship, meals, light housekeeping, transportation, and errands.
