My name is Sierra , and I am a compassionate, dependable, and faith-filled caregiver with over 11 years of experience providing exceptional care to seniors and individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other healthcare needs. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Qualified Medication Aide (QMA), I have dedicated my career to improving the quality of life for those I serve by providing care that is rooted in dignity, patience, respect, and genuine compassion.
