About Sierra

Hi! My name is Sierra. I have my CDA and have worked in a daycare for 4 years. I have hands-on experience caring for children of different ages through both personal and unpaid childcare experience. I'm patient, dependable, nurturing, and truly enjoy creating a safe and positive environment where children can learn, play, and feel comfortable. I'm experienced with daily routines such as feeding, diaper changes, meal prep, bedtime routines, engaging activities, and helping children stay on schedule throughout the day. I also have an infant who would occasionally be with me, which has strengthened my multitasking skills, patience, and ability to balance multiple children's needs at once while still providing attentive care. I understand the importance of communication, trust, and reliability when it comes to caring for someone's children.
