Sierra was very enthusiastic and willing to work but on the 2nd day of work, just did not show up. She provided NO communication about being late or reason for not coming. My mother-in-law was depending on her to get up and help with her morning cares. We called and texted her with no answer or response to either. I would definitely think twice about trusting your loved one to her.
