About Sierra

Fuelled by a lifelong passion for nurturing young minds, I'm eager to return to childcare! My degree in human development and family studies provided a strong foundation in early childhood development, further enriched by six years of experience working at my parents' children's camp that I also grew up at. I find immense joy in fostering children's growth through engaging activities, from outdoor sports to board games. I am patient, friendly, and strive to create a balanced but fun environment. I always follow parents' lead when it comes to household rules and communication preferences. I am also certified in CPR Training and have completed Early Child Development Coursework. I am comfortable caring for 1 or more children and love pets! I'm also happy to assist with cooking and meal preparation. Ultimately, I hope to bring my enthusiasm and skills to your family, creating a positive and enriching experience for your child, just as I did for my campers!
