About Sierra

I've been working with children since I was 14, starting in my church's Kids Life program, and began nannying at 18 during Covid-19. I then spent nearly a year as a nanny in upstate New York and worked for almost two years as a paraprofessional and educational assistant before moving back to Pennsylvania and joining the Hershey School District as an instructional aide. I specialize in creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for K-8 students and am passionate about building trusting relationships while helping children grow by creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment and helping them grow in confidence whether it's through learning, play, or everyday routines.
