Hello - my name is Sierra, I am 23 years old with over 5 years of experience in professional child care for children ranging from the ages of newborn - 11 yrs. I believe that kids deserve to be surrounded by empathic, caring, loving, supporting and engaging people. I love building connections with kids and watching them grow under my care; knowing that by working together we are both making the world a better place. I have just as much to gain from being with them as they do with me! With me your kids will feel safe, uplifted, and excitedly anticipating my next visit! Open, honest communication between the children, parents, and myself, in addition to consistent parenting styles, are essential for me to help meet your desired goals and expectations for your family.
