About Sierra

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, empathetic, dependable I like working with kids because I find it rewarding to support their growth, encourage their creativity and make a positive impact on their life. I'm looking for a job that has a positive work environment and a place to make a difference especially by providing care and support. I started working with kids around 2018. I started by babysitting my cousins kids and they referred me to lots of their friends/colleagues. In my spare time, I like to read books, go to the beach, go to the gym, I like to bake and try new recipes. One thing you should know about me is I have a lot of patience I stay calm even in stressful situations. My skills include communication, supervision and guidance.
