We would highly recommend Sierra to anyone who is looking for a babysitter. She has agreed to be our backup sitter with the possibility of being primary in the future. Having that flexibility is amazing and we loved her upbeat personality! She was honest and we enjoyed her interaction with our daughter during the interview.
