Hello! My name is Sierah, and I am a dedicated and nurturing childcare professional with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been working with children since I was 18 years old and have experience in both childcare centers and private nannying. I worked in two childcare centers where I supported children's development through structured learning, play-based activities, and daily routines. I also have one year of experience as a nanny, providing assistance around the home as well. As an Army wife, I understand the importance of reliability, flexibility, and strong communication.
