About Sienna

I'd describe my personality as caring I like working with kids because I love seeing all the kids grow into their own person! Just knowing I am teaching them small skills they will need in life is just great overall to see! I started working with kids when I was 16 years old. Since then I've been at the same daycare till this day & now im the director of the facility. I have gained so much knowledge and experience being there. Also gained many trusted relationships with plenty of families! In my spare time, I like to play volleyball, go on walks, going to the beach! One thing you should know about me is im very energetic and go with flow. I'm perfectly fine with a strict schedules as well! My skills include very communicative, creative thinking, and compassionate.
