About Siena

I'd describe my personality as Nurturing, dependable, and upbeat. I pride myself on being a reliable optimist and I love to watch kids learn and grow, while helping in any way I can. I started working with kids over 2 years ago when I was a junior in high school. I've worked at an elementary school after school program and now most recently a daycare, and have experience with infants up until 5th graders. My skills include crafts and various art and science projects, Diapering and help with potty training, as-well as overall awareness and supervision. I love a chance to be creative and watch kids be creative whether it's a sidewalk chalk painting, homemade bubbles, or even just coloring. With my daycare experience I'm completely comfortable changing diapers/pull-ups and helping assist in potty training in any way possible. I also pride myself on being very aware, I've been in charge of supervising up to 15 children alone and feel very comfortable in my abilities and awareness.
