About Siena

Hi, I'm Siena! I'd describe myself as caring, fun, and empathetic. Working with children has always come naturally to me, and I truly love being part of their growth. I started caring for children when I was younger helping with my relatives' children and my nephew, and that early experience really shaped my love for childcare. For the past two years, I've been working at a childcare center with children ages 6 months - 6 years, which has helped me grow confident in supporting different personalities and developmental stages. I'm also currently in college working toward my bachelor's degree. I'm looking for a full-time position starting in June and would love to find a family where we're a great fit for each other. For long-term roles, I prefer to be paid through a payroll service. I'm excited to build a strong connection with a family and be someone their children feel safe, supported, and happy around
