Because she has worked one-on-one and in a classroom, she has the ability to provide a schedule and structure, yet remain flexible and understanding of requirements of family and children. Her nurturing demeanor allows her to be attentive, yet calm and wise in a time of crisis. I would highly recommend her as a nanny or sitter.
