For the past four years, I've been dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors through home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and physical activity. I also have experience providing specialized dementia care and medical management. My approach is patient, compassionate, and professional. I understand the importance of respecting a care recipient's independence. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or behavioral changes. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts or calls, and always follow their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
