About Sidney

I'm thrilled to share my enthusiasm for working with children! My approach is rooted in empathy, clear communication, and trust, and I find great joy in seeing the world through a child's eyes as they learn and grow. My journey began at age 12, caring for my firstborn niece. By 14, I was babysitting independently and have continued ever since. Most recently, I cared for two children, starting when one was a newborn and the other 18 months old. My responsibilities included maintaining a clean play environment, bottle making, preparing light meals, managing household tasks, and facilitating engaging, low-screen-time activities. I believe my strengths in active listening, patience, and problem-solving help create a supportive atmosphere where kids can thrive. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, watching movies, going for walks, and taking scenic drives. I look forward to continuing this journey and positively impacting children's lives!
