Sydney, is PHENOMENAL! I love how gentle she is with my daughters. They absolutely adore her. They always look forward to having her around. Most babysitter dislike being told what to do but i love how she respected my kids nighttime schedule and makes sure everything on the checklist is executed. i absolutely love walking through the door seeing any mess or clutter cleaned up. most sitters always leave my house in a mess. but not sydney she definitely understands that she is not only here for the kids but for the parents as well.
