About Sidney

Hi, my name is Sidney, and I recently graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Integrated Health Science and a minor in Public Health. This fall, I plan to pursue a second degree-a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. As one of seven children, I'm very comfortable in busy, active households. I enjoy babysitting my 6-year-old niece and 2-year-old nephew, especially during times when my sister and brother-in-law need help during extended trips. I've been babysitting for six years and truly love it-it gives me a chance to reconnect with my playful side and create a fun, safe environment for kids. In high school, I took an early childcare course and worked in our on-site daycare, gaining hands-on experience. I learned about developmental stages, how to calm tantrums, and how to care for infants. I also earned my CPR certification during that time and have since renewed it, now holding both CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications.
