About Sibylle

I am a reliable, patient, and compassionate person who enjoys helping others. While I do not have formal professional caregiving experience, I have cared for and supported my parents and parents-in-law, who are all over 80 years old. This experience taught me patience, respect, and attentiveness to the needs of older adults. I worked in Human Resources, where I interacted with many different people every day. This helped me develop strong communication skills, empathy, and responsibility. I want older adults to feel safe, respected, and well cared for.
